I’m a mountain bike/gravel type rider. I used to race, mostly mountain bikes, but lately I just like to ride lots of singletrack. I’ve also been spending the fall racing cyclocross.

I worked my way through the bike industry working at some shops and for a distributor as their wheelbuilder/mechanic. There were days and weeks when all I did was sit there at the truing stand. Chances are you might already be riding some of my wheels. I've been on my own team just building wheels since 2007. I had a fancy .com website with all the features you'd expect. I moved over to a blog and gmail in 2019 so I could spend more time with wheels and less time on my website. Besides chief wheelbuilder I’m in charge of ordering, shipping, book keeping, and sweeping the floor.
